- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This agent Mary Ripkin is only nice until you cancel your insurance policy. I cancelled my policy and switched to Geico on the exact same day, with no lapse way before my next payment was due. They spitefully sent my account to a collections agency knowing I switched on the exact same day and had a zero balance. This agent never even contacted me about any type of payment being due. The agent and her assistant Sherry were rude and nasty once I told them I was switching. I was supposed to have the accident forgiveness program but they never put in that particular policy. I was not made aware of that until I had a very minor scrape of a car in a parking lot kind of accident and they jacked my rates up over 50%!!!!!!!They claimed i never signed up for the accident forgiveness policy when in fact I did. That was why I switched from Allstate Mary Ripkin the agent to Geico. I would never recommend Mary Ripkin and her assistants as an agent unless you want spiteful, rude service once you have had an accident or try to switch companies.By Leigha Reader, September 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆People here are a joke. They don't even know the state laws. The lady read from some stupid note cards and then gave me an attitude when I corrected her on the new law. She said "well we can't help you then". She cut me off when I tried to explain the situation, she didn't care about what was going on. I blame this on the State of Maryland. They should have people managing, training and educating the people that work for them. Parents need a place to go to get answers and help when they are dealing with a hostel teen on drugs who also has mental illness issues. There is no help for the mentally ill anymore. Who ever heard of a mentally ill teen using drugs, running the streets, not going to school, stealing, abusing their parents and getting away with it, to volunteer for inpatient treatment?? Are you kidding me? And people wonder why we have mass shootings. Maybe if they made treatment mandatory and not voluntary some people would still have their loved ones.By Kim Wilson, September 22, 2017
